We either know who the people behind these sites are, or we like their product, program or service. Please take a minute to visit them. Many of them are helping us to tackle the world wide housing crisis in the developing world, a goal that Vivienda is proud to assist and support.

Costa Norte Trust Company S.A. supplies the property management services for Vivienda's affordable low cost housing program. They are also the best deal on the planet for Asset Protection Trust services.

Gestores de Vivienda, S.A. is our builder. They do numerous residential projects in Costa Rica, and work closely with Corlande, who do commercial developments. Gestores' commitment to quality is the reason we have chosen them as our primary builder.

The Fundación Fondo Internacional RPC is a foundation dedicated to improving our planet. They have been actively engaged in affordable low cost housing for some time now.

The Costa Rica - Canada Rural Housing Foundation started up in the late 80's with funding from the Canadian International Development Agency ("CIDA") to supply mortgage financing for rual low cost housing. They are one of our mortgage lenders.

The Fundación Promotora de Vivienda is active in placing low income families in proper housing. Vivienda is proud to be affiliated with this Foundation and their excellent record in the area of affordable low cost housing.

The Chamber of Urban Developers of Nicaragua is very concerned about solving the affordable housing crisis in Nicaragua. Vivienda is looking forward to working with the Chamber in that beautiful Central American country.

The Central del Movimiento de Trabajadores Costarricenses is the umbrella group representing most labor unions in Costa Rica. They have been advocating tirelessly on behalf of their members in regards to affordable low cost housing.

Finca Leola S.A. in North central Costa Rica is one of the most exciting rainforest reforestation projects in the world. They have made rainforest reforestation a financially sustainable process. Their site is very informative.

Amazonia Reforestation is active in reforestation and aforestation of treeless lands in Vichada, Colombia. They have an excellent marketing program that lets you buy tropical trees to help remove carbon and make oxygen for a healthier planet.

The Altaghat Project is a unique approach to combining financially sustainable shelters for women and children in need with eco-tourism projects. Altaghat is a labor of love that needs friends and help!

The La Marina Foundation is a safe haven for rainforest animals in Costa Rica. When animals are hurt by traffic, or displaced by human activity they are often taken to La Marina for patching up and care, before being returned to the wild.
