Central America links North and South America.

Costa Rica's capital is San José, located in the country's Central Valley. Costa Rica is bordered by Nicaragua to the North and Panama to the South East. The Atlantic coast faces the Caribbean Sea in the East. Going West one will encounter Costa Rica's beautiful Pacific Ocean coast.
