Forms to Purchase a House

Vivienda Housing and Mortgage Corp. (“Vivienda”) has a simple 10 step process for purchasing an affordable low cost home in Central America and helping others in the world. In order to do that a Purchaser must sign two forms.

The first is Vivienda's Real Estate Purchase Agreement for a lot and house. The second is the Costa Norte Trust Company's Property Management Agreement that allows the Trustee to sell the property and buy another one on behalf of the Purchaser.

To print out the photo montages, we recommend that one use glossy photo paper.

Lots are often very narrow, with a frontage of only 7 to 9 meters (22 to 29 feet). As a result, many houses are built in rows to accomodate the lot size. Here is a floor plan for a 54m² (584 ft²) house in Costa Rica:
