For as little as $100 you can buy fifty (50) bricks that help us to build an affordable, low cost house for a working family in Costa Rica or elsewhere in Central America. Not only that, but you can leave your purchase with us and allow it to grow for ten (10) years, at which time we will pay you a return of $340, being $100 principal and $240 profit. ˇWoW!

The need is so great that every dollar helps. Vivienda is a humanitarian program, but it is not a charity. We believe in long term, financial sustainability. That is why all of our programs are designed around a commerically viable and reasonable solution to the world-wide housing crisis in developing countries. For a limited time, Vivienda is pleased to offer a special incentive for people who buy 4 sets of bricks (4 X 50 = 200 bricks for $400). For every $400 worth of bricks you buy, we will throw in 50 bonus bricks, which will be treated at maturity just like the bricks you purchased. That means that you will earn a return of $1,700 in ten (10) years time for every $400 purchase of bricks. Do the math: $400 plus $100 of bonus bricks means 5 sets of bricks times $340 each, for a remarkable return of $1,700 in 10 years. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Not only are we offering a "Buy 4 and Get 5" deal, but we are also prepared to reward people who help us promote this program, by giving every one who refers and gets their friends, family or associates to purchase bricks valuable reforestation trees grown on a tree plantation in the Orinoco basin of Colombia. Here's what you need to do: For every $100 worth of sales that result from referrals made by you, we will give you one bonus tropical reforestation tree worth $34 on maturity in ten (10) years time.
